Get best car insurance

by sugigs on Nov.29, 2008, under Business, Insurance

you’ve searched the phone book or Internet and have got the phone numbers for a variety of cheap car insurance companies. Now you need to get a good car insurance quote.

STEP 1: Call say 5 of them and compare prices. Usually there will not be a drastic difference between the quotes you receive from each one. ( Although there can be some rare exceptions , generally they have the whole market sewn up between them all ). Getting quotes on Auto Insurance can be achieved in several ways. The most popular is to go to a website and fill in the information that is required by the site to see a premium. The next is to go to an insurance agent of an established agency such as State Farm, the third is to go to a broker agent which represents several insurance companies, and the fourth which is not so commonly known and depends on state legislation is to self insure.

STEP 2: Take the second lowest quote you got ( let’s call them Company A )and take 200 euro/dollars off of it. ( The amount you subtract will depend on how cheap the lowest quote is )

STEP 3: Phone the insurer who gave you the cheapest quote back ( Let’s call them Company B ) and tell them that you can get insurance from Company A for 200 euro/dollar less and, 9 times out of 10, they will undercut or match the competition and you get your cutprice insurance!

This has works for me nearly every time! Good luck!

Green business

by sugigs on Nov.16, 2008, under Business

“Going Green” has become the catch phrase found throughout the world today. It means being environmentally friendly in an economically sound fashion. Because it is such a well-known saying and because “environmentally friendly” usually means sustainable, it is profitable for most businesses to go green.

Why? First, because you are doing something that is popular and that is always good for marketing. People talk and they talk about the good as well as the bad. A “Green company” or product generates interest and that is important as word of mouth generates more business than all other forms of advertising.

Green is also considered healthy and environmentally friendly. This means less pollution, less regulations to worry about and, hopefully a healthier set of employees! Cutting down on toxins and government control decreases expenses and less expenses means more profits. Healthier employees are not only happier employees that lose less days due to illness but also results in cheaper Health Insurance.

So what sort of business can be created that is either environmentally friendly or can tie into the “green movement”? Obvious choices are recycling oriented businesses, get people to pay you to help clean up areas and then sell the recyclable products to some one else. This has the advantage of low start up costs (bags and transportation) as well as public visibility. There is also landscaping and even just yard work.

The athletically inclined may consider guiding or nature programs. These would either require your own land or permission to use some where else (Parks, corporate grounds,) and knowledge of what you are doing. Birdwatching is very popular and only requires binoculars and a birding book. There are also flowers, medicinal plants, and even “primitive technology” or survival skills that people will pay to learn about. This would require permits and also a First Aid training course as accidents will happen!

Larger businesses also want to be green. I worked for one company and we replaced all the Styrofoam plates and cups with paper, paper is easier to recycle and biodegradable. People could also “personalize” by bringing in their own coffee cups or glasses, contests provided social interaction by who brought in the strangest, most humorous, or from the different places. Cups were washed.

Some car dealerships can show efforts to be green by not only doing fuel efficient cars, but having alternative vehicles. Many people have never seen a “real” solar car and compression cars are just getting noticed. Bring these in, have a few for sale and explain benefits and problems; show that you are trying to cut down on oil use and carbon emissions. It will bring in clients and people will talk.

These are just a very few ideas for going green and how it can be profitable. Other ways include organic farming, using glass bottles instead of plastic (Glass is easier to recycle or re-use), selling solar or energy efficient equipment. Think, experiment, and go green, both you and the environment will profit!

About debt consolidation

by sugigs on Nov.16, 2008, under Business

Debt is quite bothersome, mostly when you know that you are having a hard time to pay it all off. The usual procedure for most cases is debt consolidation, although we must handle it with care, so as not to make irreparable mistakes. There are two basic methods which we shall look into as well as point out the pitfalls that may appear.

You will surely see, mostly on Internet, lots of hype announcing debt consolidation. Obviously, every company or agency claims to be the best in the market and it generally is only the hype that is best. You should prefer the quieter ones, which rely totally on their names and reputation, to seek advice on your debt consolidation.

The Actual Consolidation

This can be done in two main ways, with some variations. One of them is when most of your debt is generated by your multiple credit cards. You are likely to come across a credit card company or even one of your own, offering a 0% interest consolidation card. This means that the balance accumulated in the other cards will be transferred to the 0% interest one.

This process has a trick, though. What they do charge you is a fee for transferring the balance from one card to another. Find out the fees first, do your math and you will know where you stand.

Debt Consolidation Agency

The other option is a debt consolidation agency, to do things for you, for a fee or the interest of a loan, naturally. Their services are to manage all your debt, negotiate write-offs for a prompt payment and/or grant you a loan. As with the credit cards, there are agencies that lure you in through the front door of a house that has no rooms. Get what I mean?

What They Do

Agencies can grant you a loan whose amount will be determined by the total sum after negotiating and getting write-offs, or make the payments individually, when your payments to the agency reach a determined sum.

The Average Debt

On average an American family has around $10,000 distributed among several debts, bills and expenses, which make it difficult to remember to pay each one, let alone on time. One single late payment can leave a smudge on your credit report and it cannot be blotted out so easily.

So, all in all, a well-performed debt consolidation is a healthy option to avoid losing control of your payments and, most of all, to stop the vicious circle of spending unnecessarily. It concentrates all your debt into one single payment, which is easy to make and to remember. Meanwhile, your debts have been paid with the product of the loan.

Types Of Debt Consolidation Loan

Typically, there are secured and unsecured loans. Unsecured loans will have a higher interest and it will be a good thing to analyze the convenience of this option very carefully. A secured loan will have collateral, typically your home, which can get you a much lower interest rate.

However, if you are a homeowner, you might do well in taking a home equity loan to pay off your debt and negotiate it yourself, if you deem yourself fit to do so. Two well-coordinated negotiators, especially if they are a couple, will be able to put enough pressure on the creditor to grant you a discount for a prompt payment. However, too much pressure will backfire on you, spoiling the negotiation.

Execute Our Idea

by sugigs on Oct.30, 2008, under Business

The fertile ground for all business seedlings is Mindset, Tenacity and Consistency. Some other thinkers could fold out many other positive dimensions from these three cardinal organs. Why did I outline these three? Fundamentally a billion dollar company is never actualized by illusion; rather it must pass through the canal of mind furnace. This mind furnace does to it what a kiln does to wood. It dries off protracted human frails to shrink it down to astuteness.

With this germ in the mind the first business generation is conceived. The mulched state of the mind is now capable to carry loads of responsibilities when the business is borne. As soon as the labour pain comes that is at the very critical moment of pressing the green knob, all other organ and tissues begins to correspond in the delivery of the brain child.

Well in a broad market or narrow one you notice cases of still birth, and miscarriage concepts. It’s a clear evident of poor seasoning of the mind. An argument may ensue between the players just like some homes do have a blame game.
The husband may say I told you to avoid rush hours. The wife may respond it’s not rush hours you stressed the child out by keeping late night. Stuffs like that.

Many billion dollar company never had was as a result of inordinate conjugation. These inordinate conjugations are products of complacency, negligence, pride, greed, falsehood and over confidence. These inappropriate forces decimate the market capacity in the expecting mother. Right inside the womb the business is killed.

You had a right idea and a false purpose which could be likened to an unblemished young gentle man forced to marry an old arrogant blemished woman. How do you possibly think that the marriage will last?
When the idea is good and the purpose is bad any business intent suffers miscarriage or still birth or at worse collapse in future.
In like manner many would have been good businesses suffered miscarriages, still birth and collapse due to these conflicting disparities between idea and purpose.

Build Our Reputation

by sugigs on Oct.16, 2008, under Business, Personal

your reputation is based upon the perception of others. Yes, everyone has an opinion and your opinion is the one that should be the most important to you. Many people dismiss the perceptions and opinions of others about them and their reputations, especially when it is a negative one. Realize and accept the challenge that you have the personal responsibility and ability to influence and shape (not control) the positive perception you want others to have about you. It is through this that a positive reputation about you will be established.

How can this be known in advance? How can you look into the future to ensure a positive outcome = establish and/or maintain a good reputation? How can this be done when you can’t “control” the mind of another?

Just do the following:

1.) Be very clear about what is expected of you from your client; get as crystal clear as possible about this.

2.) Make sure you get mutual agreement about these expectations.

3.) Make sure you GET IT IN WRITING.

4.) Make sure your client SIGNS OFF on these expectations BEFORE you begin.

5.) Make sure you deliver to these expectations…and then some.

6. ) No whining, no excuses. Just do it!

At the end of the day, if you follow this advice, you’ll always win and so will your client. You’ll always be able to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “Good Job”. Believe me, they’ll be say the same thing about you as well. Do this and you’ll create the perception you’ll want them to have and will establish the reputation you know you deserve.

Pay it forward ,to yourself. Create, value and protect your reputation. You won’t be sorry!

Get smart with our money

by sugigs on Sep.12, 2008, under Personal

How can I be smart with my money? Well there is an obvious answer….Budget it of course. But what if this is your first time to have the privilege of financial Independence? This is NOT your first time to be financially independent, well maybe you just need to refinance a few debts and adjust your living habits. Let’s take a look at each of these one at a time. I CAN FINALLY BUY WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT! This is a horrible mind frame to be in, so if you think this on a daily basis now may be a good time to try and adjust your frame of mind. A more financially savvy way of thinking would be “I HAVE THE ABILITY TO PURCHASE ANYTHING I WANT, I JUST HAVE TO PLAN FOR IT!” A new home, a new car, a bigger and more comfortable bed, nicer kitchen appliances, more SPACE, nicer clothes for my new job…etc. we prioritize two lists. The first list is what we NEED: 1. bigger living space, 2. bigger, better bed 3. new or newer cars. See what was done there? We can’t get a bigger bed until we have a bigger place to keep that bed. So we prioritized a bigger living space as #1, then the bed, and then we decided we don’t have to necessarily have BRAND NEW cars, we could do with used. The good thing about a used car is that the value doesn’t drop immediately once you drive it off the lot! It’s alway good to have a “go-to” guy for advice. Because no one could describe clearly what’s the meaning of “new” and “enough”. Only our self controlling which could now what that’s real mean.. Be wisely to our money, because we don’t know when we need to spend our unpredicted and emergency.
