Growth of salary in Japan is down

Tokyo: The salary payment in Japan is down for the first time, this year on October after some companies did the biggest cut of the overtime payment because of the degradation of production.
Monthly salary, including overtime work and some bonuses, decrease 0.1% from previous year becoming 274,751.
Recession in the country with second biggest economy in the world last month became worse because of some of manufactures had a plan to cut the production at the lowest point in the last 35 years. Some of japan companies will do employees discharging before the end of this year. Significant cut of the production naturally cause pressure to the growth of salary. The lower of the salary, the lower the power of buying of the customers.
