Today, one of my good friend asked me a suggestion about a good mortgage company. This is my problem. How can I answer his question when I never have loan at any mortgage company. But because of he is one of my best friends, first I asked him what is his problem actually and why does he need to find a cash loan company. After he told everything about his problem to me, and I as his friend can not help much, I just give him suggestion.

I told him that having a loan is not a really good idea. If he can find a loan from his family or friends that does not give high interest rates, it is much better. Finding a mortgage company is the last option I told him. If he takes this last option, then I suggest him to find it carefully. Find the one that give the lowest mortgage rates. Because if he is not careful with the rates, it could drown him into a bigger trouble. Not only he cannot pay the loan, he will also can not pay the rates if the rates of the loan is very big. I hope he will find the best solution for this problem.
